We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. In the event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact us firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the items. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of the order confirmation email.
In the event that the items arrive damaged or you have not received your order within 14 days of receipt of the package, we will ship out a replacement. Please provide 3 or more images of the damages in question in your inquiry email.
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. Be sure to also check your spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com with your inquiry.

At this time there are only two people handling the fulfillment for the SOZOMAIKA team. We will try our best to ship out orders as soon as possible. If you have placed an order with a pre-order it can take 2-5 weeks to be sent out.
Pre-orders take about 2-5 weeks to be shipped out due to seeing how many orders have been placed and to have an adequate amount in stock to ship out to everyone. Do note: Only two people are packing your products and when we have a high traffic of shipment we try our best to send them out as soon as possible.To add on: If you ordered another item alongside a pre-order item, we will send out your item with the pre-order; hence the delay.
